What payment methods are available?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

- SOFORT(Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain)
- iDeal (Netherlands)
- Maestro (some EU countries)

Can I pay in my local currency?
Our default shop currency is euro but we accept other currencies directly.

If you want to place an order in a different currency, it will be automatically converted by our payment providers at checkout.
Is it safe to buy online?
We use the SSL security protocol to encrypt all transactions. Your information is 100% secure and we do not store your credit card information.
Do you ship abroad?
We deliver almost all over the world. However, not all of our items are available everywhere. If an article is not available for some countries, this will be clearly indicated on the page.
To be sure, you can simply add the item to your shopping cart and access the validation page to enter your address.
How much is the delivery?
The delivery cost is calculated on the checkout page based on your location and the content of your cart.
We offer free delivery to most countries for orders over 100€. This might not apply to islands or faraway countries.

Customs and taxes
The price of orders shipped to the European Union from the European Union already includes VAT and any applicable taxes for private customers (VAT is not included for B2B orders with a valid EU VAT number outside countries where we are registered). This is not the case for shipments to abroad (outside the EU).
What is the delivery time?
Delivery can take from 1 day to 3 weeks depending on the country of delivery and the items ordered. For example, delivery is faster to Belgium (1 day) or France (3 days) than for Canada.

Items are missing from my order, where are they?
We ship each order in a single package.
However, we might have to split your items into different parcels. This is the case for orders over 2kg to some countries or when an item is no longer in stock.
Orders and Returns
How to place an order?
Simply click on the “Add to Cart” button on the page of the item you are interested in. You will then be able to validate your order after accessing your cart via the link at the top right of the site.
Can I place an order for business purposes?
Yes of course!
If you need an invoice, simply check the “I need a business invoice” box on the checkout page and enter the relevant details (company name, VAT number, billing address). Invoices are automatically generated and sent by email in PDF format within the first 15 days of the month following your order.
If you want to purchase large quantities (for a restaurant or as a reseller for example), don’t hesitate to ask for a custom quote.
Can I modify my order/address?
Yes, if your order has not yet started to be processed, contact us as soon as possible via our form and specify the modification to be made.
Can I return a product?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, simply contact us and we will give you the procedure. All you have to do is send the item back to us and we will refund it in full. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. We can only accept products in their original condition and packaging. Knives should not have visible stains or marks of oxidation. Our full return policy is available here.
